Kaz helped my wife and me find our home in Irvine at the end of 2020, and we were satisfied with both the process and result.
From day one, we knew that Kaz would go the extra mile (or 30) for us, rain or shine. Whether we were looking at houses in Irvine or Torrance or even both areas on the same day, touring schedules were well-planned and followed COVID protocol. As we updated our preferences after every home tour, Kaz did well to reflect those in his next set of recommendations. When we visited to talk to Kaz about a year ago, We had no idea how to purchase a home, and I didn’t think we will make an offer on a house very soon.
He sent us many kind of houses which we want exactly from his list weekly.
He also took us for house showing anytime soon until we finally found our home.

Kaz is a really cool and professional realtor. He’s super chill and never push us to make any decisions in a hurry but he gets his job done right away whenever we ask him to do something and gets answers whenever we have questions. We took our time for house hunting and he always helped us with good advices and suggestions. He understands our needs and always respects our decisions. Kaz represented us as a buying agent.  He helped us buy our home as part of a relocation from Pennsylvania to California.  Finding, buying, and moving into a new house is stressful at the best of times.  On top of that, moving from the East Coast to the West Coast is a lot like moving to a whole new country.  I am so glad the closing of our new home went successfully without any delays.  Kaz was patient with us in our search and guided us through the whole process.  He was responsive and happy to answer any questions we might have in timely manner.  In the event he was unsure he always quickly got an answer.  His communication was fast and efficient.  He has always responded to us professionally and sincerely.  He is genuinely compassionate, dedicated, and a good listener.  I would proudly refer him to all my friends and family!
